restrict expense types for schema in SAP R/3 4.7

I want certain expense types not to be displayed for a certain schema. How to do it? I am in SAP R/3 4.7 and I don't see V_T706B_receipt table. Is it possible only thru userexit?

Please check the below customization path and confirm whether you have configured correctly.

IMG > Financial Accounting (New) > Travel Management > Travel Expenses > Dialog and Travel Expenses Control > Dialog Control > Restrict Travel Expense Types for Trip Schemas.

That is because this table or node is only availble with EHP2
