CUA not distributing to ECQCLNT220

When we create a user in CUA for ECQ220 and

then distribute it to ECQ220, the user doesn't get distribued over. This works for all other clients except for ECQCLNT220. I have checked the rfc connection and rfc_user and it seems fine. Can you please advise ?

Hi,

As somebody has already mentioned, I recommend trying to find the updates in transaction SCUL in the CUA master system. However, if you can't find anything here, it may be worth checking transaction BD87 in the CUA master and child systems. I think these usually have a message type of USERCLONE.

Sometimes the IDoc can fail if some of the required data isn't available in the child system. For example, if the "User group" assigned in CUA doesn't already exist in the child system.

Hope this helps!

Regards.

Steve.

Look for distribution logs in SCUL for the particular user? What does it say?
