System/Client/message priority not showing in Job Request

I do not see list of systems/clients and message prioti8y when I create job request. I regenerated my Ibase and verififed the external ID assigned to my BP entry. I see the system/clients when I create an incident but no message priotty in web dynpro.

Help.
