Is there a way to import RFCs present in PI server into Integratioin Directory.

When I try to do "Imported Objects -> RFCs -> import of SAP Objects",

getting the screen where it refers to SAP ECC server.

Please advice.

I am not sure why you need to import RFC into Integration directry and that to from PI server!!.

RFC's are generally a SAP systems function modules, we just need to import them in our ESR ,

just like we do in case of IDOC scenarios.

You need to give the application server (sap system) and client ,system number in the SWC in

which you want to have the RFC imported. Click on SWCV -select the radio button which enables the import of objects, then enter the above mentioned details to connect. Now go to imported objects ->import RFC ,->you will be able to see the list of IDOC's and RFC's ->select the RFC whcih you want.and later you can use this RFC structure in mapping.

could you please explain your requirement more clearly

It is Integration Repository not Directiry

getting the screen where it refers to SAP ECC server.

This is what is provided in SWC. Open SWC and edit it. Or else search for procedure to import RFC/Idocs.
