error while installing application server.

Hi,

We are facing the below error while installing application server.

exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /sapdvd/BS_7_SR1_liveCache_7.7.04_Bd._29/DATA_UNITS/LC_AIX_PPC64/SDBRUN because of the f

ollowing errors:

0509-150 Dependent module libperl.a(libperl.o) could not be loaded.

0509-022 Cannot load module libperl.a(libperl.o).

0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

Environment :

Sap : SCM 7

Database : DB2

OS : AIX.

Any solutions.

Yes even I faced the same issue while upgrade, you need to have short path (under 40 characters). It was the problem with language CD for me... hope it will resolve this...

Even you can see... your error: 0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

Reduce the DVD path and then try.
