Not able to cancel the Transfer Order

Hi Gurus,

We are facing an issue with cancelling the Transfer Order that are not confirmed. The Transfer Orders have somehow got created with ZERO qty. W e would like to get them deleted / cancelled. When we try using LT15 although the message says the items are cancelled, the same are retained.

When we try to confirm these TO's, we get update termination error as follows.

"Quant XXX 0000XXXXXX does not exist"

So i have 2 questions:

1. What would be the cause of TO's getting created with ZERO qty?

2. How can these TO's be cancelled so that we will not see them again ?

Hi Mohan,

Thank for you response.

Looks like the above note is to prevent the requested quantity for a transfer order item from being set to zero while it is being created in future.

In our case, the TO's have already been created with Zero qty. Is there any solution to clear TO's?
