Changing of domain of VBUK-UVK01

Hi,

I cannot find any documentation gives information about if the change of the domain of the user status fields in VBUK is allowed or not.

Any help for this?

do a "Where-Used" for Domain STATV (which is the domain for UVK02)....

...and agree that this is no good Idea!

Hi Carsten,

not clear where you see here a problem. The use of the domain doesnt matter. Relevant is the use of the field.

And this field is not used in standard programs.

For example we have changed the domain for pstyv texts, because its really small. No problem in any case.

To make it clear : You change simply the domain of the field do our own. Not to change the domain by hereself.

As Gabor rightly pointed out, dont change the meta data of any element SAP has provided. If you feel the data dictionary of ur field has to be different, use a Z domain. That will serve the purpose.
