Error in Displaying Attachment

Hi All,

In Production client, Attaching originals to DIR, checking in to content server, saving of DIR is possible but when DIR is opened in change/Display mode, opening Attachment in display mode is giving the following error,

File C:\TEMP\_TEST02.doc cannot be opened

Hi Manoj,

based on this error message I think the system cannot access the file in directory C:\temp\. Could you please check if the file is available in this directory.

In the DMS transaction could you please check if the file is checked in (lock sign closed) or not (lock sign open)?

Hi Manoj,

I think this error can be resolved, it might be the case of The content server in which you are trying to load the document is not Upright or not working at this point of time, check to upload some document through cv01n if this works fine, then

it might be the case there is lac of Authorization in Opening the file, or the file Path where it is trying to store is not Accessible.
