Addition of a location in pre defined route (via)

Dear Team,

I have got everything configured in route determination. Let us say Departure Point A to Arrival point B

now in same route i want to add Location C. i.e. Departure Point A to Arrival Point B via C.

Plz, guide me step by step.

how should i add that

Hi

For your route, you can define different stages and define the time taken for every stage. It is the same place in customizing where you define your routes. So lets say in your example Route X from place A to place B takes 10 days. Route X can have two stages. From A to place C in 5 days and from C to B in another 5 days. You can use 0VTC to define these stages. These stages will be determined as seperate legs in your shipment (provided you are using the shipping functionality of SAP).
