Printer Problem

Hi Experts

I have configured Konica Minolta printers in sap, through HPOMS.

I am facing strange problem whenever print is fired it gets printed but in sap level logs shows error.

I tried giving it as postscript printer and Pcl printer as well but result is same.

How can I get true status of print which have been fired?

Hello,

The status of print may be seen in transaction SP01. If the problem still exists, you may look at transaction SPAD for Host, Spool Server etc. assignment.
