SAP PI utilisation

Hi all,

My customer has implement ALE/idoc interface between two systems SAP A and B. the both system SAP are in ECC6

The system A produce more volume data and the traiment is very long;

One solution can be implement for resolf the performance problem is to reduise the volume data by a agregate traitement. Before send data to system B, the system A can agregate the date (FI-GL).

But the system A dont like to modify his traitement;

One solution is to use SAP PI for facilitate the communication between theses twos systems.

My questions are :

- is SAP PI can implement the agregate traitement ?

- if yes; is SAP PI connect to system A to upload the data or the System A send the Idoc to SAP PI (as he done now with system B)

Hi,

SAP PI offer very good perfromce while integrating two SAP Systems or ECC, so you go ahead with that,

i dont exact meaning of agregate traitement , but you can integrate two systes A and B,you can do syn and asyn communication.

if you want to perfrom bulk amount of data transefer, go with ABAP Proxu xommunication,it will work.

But if you are looking for only SAP System integration and interfaces very few,then buying PI product and implementing bit costly.
