Delete production order in APO and not in ECC

Hello All,

I would like to delete some orders only in APO and not in ECC. Could you suggest any approaches to achieve this.

Only way i can think of is stopping the deletion queues in ECC inbound and deleting them. Is there any better way?

Hi Chirag,

In /sapapo/rlcdel transaction, under settings, there is an option

Only in APO, try using this. I have never tested this, please

check for one item how it works and if it works good based

on your requirement, then do for other items.

I suggest, try in test environment first and then do in production

Hi,

You can NOT delete Production and Process orders in APO.

You can delete Planned orders (PP-DS and SNP) in APO.

To Delete, PP-DS Planned order, use program /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER

While executing this transaction do not check "Send Deletion".

This will ensure orders will be deleted only APO (not in ECC).
