Unable to update billing document in VBOF - Rebates Issue.

Hi,

I have added new customer C1 in Customer hierarchy using VDH1N.

The rebate agreement is created for the higher level customer A1.

Rebate condition record is maintained at the higher level customer (A1) level.

The credit memo (billing document) is created for the customer C1.

VBOF is run, however the billing document created is not updated in VBOF.

Can any one please explain why the billing document is not being updated.

Is there anyone who faced the similar issue?

Please help.
