Hi ,
After restarting the Solman server , Java server is getting stopped.
Dispatcher started and workprocess started.
Error: Core service com.sap.security.core.ume.service failed. J2EE Engine cannot be started.
Please help out.

Have you checked SAP Note 1042418?
1. Can you check if the datasource has been configured properly?
-Please start the configtool, switch to configuration editor mode
-Then expand cluster_data
server
cfg
services
Propertysheet.com.sap.security.core.ume.service
then click on ume.persistence.data_source_configuration, check if it's
the correct datasource configured.
2. Please check if the value of ume.login.guest_user.uniqueids has been
set with Guest.
3. If you using LDAP as the datasource, please verify if
ume.ldap.connection_pool.* has been set with correct value.
Is the correct Data source selected?
If not could you restore the following entry to "restore default"?
ume.superadmin.activated
ume.r3.connection.master.lang
Then try to restart the engine?

Check user credentials define in secure store in configtool should be correct.
