Hi Yogish,

Have you checked SAP Note 1042418?

1. Can you check if the datasource has been configured properly?

-Please start the configtool, switch to configuration editor mode

-Then expand cluster_data

server

cfg

services

Propertysheet.com.sap.security.core.ume.service

then click on ume.persistence.data_source_configuration, check if it's

the correct datasource configured.

2. Please check if the value of ume.login.guest_user.uniqueids has been

set with Guest.

3. If you using LDAP as the datasource, please verify if

ume.ldap.connection_pool.* has been set with correct value.

Is the correct Data source selected?

If not could you restore the following entry to "restore default"?

ume.superadmin.activated

ume.r3.connection.master.lang

Then try to restart the engine?

I hope this information has been helpful.

Paul
