Error on delivery...vl01n

Hello Experts,

1) I am getting Error while creating delivery for particular material.

it says this material have 0 qty available.

I have cheked the stock and stock is still available of 4.600KG.

But when i Create delivery through sales order, it doesnt count on delivery so delivery qty still remain zero.

If I use same material in MIGO transaction for cost centre then its working fine.. I can post the stock which is available but its not allowing me in sales order. could you please guide me?

I have also cheked the shedule line as well so its same date , the date i careted sales order and delivery

Hi,

First check whether in schedule line quantity is getting confirmed or not .

Second check is this a special stock.

Or

Just go to sales order line item .

Display Availability screen:

Click on display total records.

Here you can see that against which order how much quantity is reserved and how much is available .

Please post ur feed back on this I hope this will resolve your issue

HI,

AS per your guidance I have checked, for the material i m cheking is not confirmed in total records. it shows simulated requirement and den 0.5kg in requirement qty and confirmed qty is zero. I mean NIL.

why it showing simulated requirement?

But if I click on lineitem and den shedule line , over there it shows confirmed qty is 0.5kg , and dat is actuall requirement. but delivered qty is still shows zero.

pls help.

AS I do have stock but not able to created delivery for particular this item but rest of items in same sales orders are fine.

Pls Advice ASAP.

Hi,

Is it sales order stock material ???? Please check your req type in procument tab in sales order .

Change it to 011 and try creating delivery for the order.

Still doesnt work , still showing the same messages....

this problem happend since two days.

and I have cheked previous order in that procurement tab is ksl not 011 but still i have tryied and not working..

pls advice...

if any changes done in material master in avaibility chek from 02 to 01. den does it make any difference while creating delivery? is that reason not able to create delivery?

Go to the change mode of order and do the availability check again.

I did but still not working..

its only work if i post more stock in to that storage location, but still its reserve 4.6kg only for sales order but not for cost centre.

I can post the stock through migo transaction this problem is happened with sales order only...

Hi there,

Check in sales order --> item --> schedule lines against what date there is confirmed quantity. Check in OVL3 what is the storage loc assigned to your shipping point. Check if there is stock against that storage loc.

In VL01N enter that confirmed schedule line date, shipping point & try creating the sales order.

Hi,

I have tried but it doesnt work.

I have other materials too in the same order , FOR other materials I am able to create delivery but for particular one material not able to create delivery. even it wont show ithat item n vl02n.

IF I do it through VL01n still shows error ,"0kg available for this material" but actually we do have stock..

I used to create delivery for this material but having problem since two days...

in MY senario, we donot have picking not relavance,wM activity is not relavance,packing not required,POD not required.

Pls help on this ASAP.
