Hello All,
I have created a project and WBS element in it. Now i am creataing a material contract for all the materilas used in the project. I have also entered the WBS element in the line item of material to establish link between project and contract.
Also i am creating a sales order with reference to contract. Now my probelm is all the data from contract is being copied in to the sales order, except the WBS element.
Is there a way in which i can get WBS element getting populated from the contract to sales order?
Thanks for your replies.
Regards,
Sudarshan.
Suggest to check whether copy routines maintained for items between contract and sales order.
Use VTAA to see the item data tranfer routines

Justin,
Thanks for the reply.
Copy routinres are also maintained between contract and sales order.
Most of the data is geeting copied from contract to sales order when i am creating sales order with refernce to contract.
My worry is why only WBS is not geeting copied from contract to sales order.
Any inputs on this.
Regards,
Sudarshan.

Hello Gurus,
I'm having the same problem as Sudarshan.
When the sales order is created with reference to a quotation, all information is being copied, except WBS element. SAP is creating a new WBS element for sales order, but I need SAP to get the WBS element that is on the quotation document.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Regards,
Orsini.
Hi Sudarshan,
Check whether the WBS element is released or not.
Regards,
Punith.
