Not able to save sales order

Hi Gurus,

I am not able to save any sales order created . In the menu bar all options are not there and in the standard tool bar the u2018save u201C and other icons are freezed .

How can I resolve this problem?

Surely,It will be authorization issue,

authorization object may be 'S_GUI',

Apply authorization with help of basis person.

Please chek in T CODE : SHDO

Transaction variant for VA01.

AND Check the number ranges for sales order .

HI,

Have you checked with Basis.

It seems to be auth issue.

Ask him to provide proper auth in case its not there.

Pleae check tranasction varient

go to system status in that check transaction varient in va01 .
