Inspection Lot Archival

Hi Gurus,

For a plant, calibratiion type of inspections lots (14*************) are created in the system,

Now the user wants this lots to be removed from the system.

What is the process of archival?

I know we have to go for SARA t.code and use object QM_CONTROL.

What is the step by step process?

Anyone can guide me.

Its better to discuss the scenario with BASIS guys at your place before doing it yourself. Otherwise you can put a filter in QA32 to omit the lots if they are in LTCA status.
