CCMS agents toggles

Hi,

I have installed SAPCCMSR and SAPCCM4X agents to monitor my satellite (Windows) system through SolMan. When I start one agent service the other on stops. I have cleaned the shared memory (note-883361) still the issue persists.

What can be the reason for this? The agent used is compatible to the SAP release on satellite.
