I will agree with Mr Sivanand reply.

>Define the price condition type for eg ZPR00. When maintaining the condition records, then maintain scale values for eg from 1-5 days $150, 5-10 days $40, 10-15 days $30 etc. Define discounts & other charges based on the customer requirement. Define different customer pricing procedures for different kind of user & assign it during customer master record creation. For dealers, hotel business, customer, members, define new pricing procedures in pricing procedure determination. In each different pricing procedure, include the relevant discount. For eg for dealer pricing procedure include dealer discount, for hotel procedure, include hotel discounts etc. Alternatively, you can define same pricing procedure for all kind of customers. If the basic plan is same for all kind of customers, then define different discounts in the same pricing procedure. Then in the requirement routine, you can code in such a way that for dealers dealer discount is applied & for normal customers customer discount is applied.

I'm suggesting with only alteration.

Try to use Customer group or pricing group in pricing/discount/surcharge's condition types access sequence, which you can maintain accordingly at customer master's - sales area data section. With this with one pricing procedure you can achieve your goal.

Or maintain different pricing procedure based on your sales area (or as said by Mr Sivanand go for different customer pricing).

At last, follow what is convenient and suits to your end user business process and number of user for maintaining pricing condition records for pricing/discount/tax/surcharge.

Thanks & Regards

JP

Hi there,

Define discounts & other charges based on the customer requirement.
