What is best way to connect ECC 6.0 to External WMS

I am looking for the best way to connect ECC 6.0 to several external warehouses all run by the same 3rd party software WMS.

I am looking to do it without defining a warehouse in SAP. Does anyone have a link to documentation on this.

Hi,

Create a distribution model in ECC from ERP to D-WMS and add the necerssary BAPI methods to send Outbound/Inbould Deliveries to the D-WMS system. Similarly Generate a Distribution model from WMS to ECC to send out Confirmations PGI/PGR and add corresponding BAPI methods to the Model .

Note: Logical Systems, RFC Destinations, Partner Profiles need to be set up.

From what I know at a a bare minimum you would need to define the basic WM org structure ie including to define a warehouse.Also please see SPRO>LE>Decentralized WM
