ECP PRODUCTION SERVER IS DOWN

Hi,

Our ECP PRODUCTION CI INSTANCE is down. I can't even see the instance

in the MMC console. I no longer see the SAPECP_02 service in

services.msc. Please advise and have a look at the system. I am opening

up all connection including terminal services. Please have a look at

it. Please note that this is a clustered environment and the database

is up and running on the database server.

If the system is not listed in SAPMMC then probably the services are not started.

Start the services.

My appologies. I didn't mean to say look at the system. Anyhow, i am unable to start the SAPECP_02 service from the mmc.

Whats the error?...

have you tried to remove and recreate the services using sapstartsrv.exe?

Hi,

Also check with your cluster groups wheather its online or not.

Try on another node if service is available.
