Archive and Delete in SXMB_ADM

Hi All

In production PI, what is the advisable time period for archive and delete.

And also is there any document where I can see the parameters which can be used in SXMB_ADM

for all the parameter categories.

It depends upon the business requirement, Usually delete 30 days old message
