Serial Number assignment to Wrong Handler whilw downloading!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Experts,

When I downloaded zhumo on Monday, it shows serial number XYZ assigned to handler ABC, but when I tried to block later on during the day on the same day, it was assigned to another handling unit. What could be the issue. How this mix up happened if it is downloaded from HUMO?? Please help me out with this.

The assignment could hae been manually changed in HU02.Please look into the handling unit changes and history.

can we reassign the serial number to the same HU in this case after tracing the history in HU02 transaction??
