Populating Fault Message

Is there any other way to populate FaultMessage type apart from RAISE Exception..

In my scenario, I want to populate success messages to FaultMessage and want to show it as success msg in payload.

If i use RAISE exception, the message will show the red symbol. so to avoid it, is there any way to populte Fault message.
