Web Dynpro Comp./ Intf. item missing in SE80

Hi guys,

I try to learn to develop ABAP Web Dynpro, so I downloaded the document - Web Dynpro for ABAP: Tutorial 1 - Create a simple Web Dynpro Application.

In the first step stands:

Start ABAP Workbench(SE80) and select Web-Dynpro-Comp./Intf. from available object list.

But there is nothing like that!

What's wrong?

are you sure your system is NW2004s and you have AS ABAP installed and configured?

did you solved this issue? i have the same problem, no "web dynpro/intf." option available at the SE80.

My landscape: SRM 4.0 WAS 6.40

Hi Gerardo,

if you have Web AS 6.40 it cannot be there, because, as I said to Peter, Web Dynpro ABAP is only available with NW2004s.
