SAP Gui 7.2

Hi All

I am trying ti install SAP Gui 7.2 on my laptop lenovo x61

the installation starts but after 4% of installation the install stops with no reason

I check and I have all .net framework install + all java

when I install I get no message on the window of installation that says I need to install something

any assistance is highly appreciated

You could check the default location of C:\Program Files\SAP\SapSetup\Logs and see if there are any errors which show up in the installation logs. I believe its called NwSapSetup.log There may be a clue as to what is causing the installtion to stop in there.

Hi,

What is your Operating System Version ? is it 64bit ?

Is there any log in Event Viewer. Just check System and Application log.
