Hi,

In accounting for SD documents someone could tell me if it is possible to replace the general ledger account and cost center depending on the sales office? Have any rule of substitution in SAP that can be used in these cases?

hi,

In account determination . Create a new condition table and take sales office as a field to determine the G/L account.

Create new access sequence and create a new condition type /.

Assign this to account determination procedure and assgn this procedure to your billing doc type .

Now you can maintain the G/L account as per sales office .

Hi,

In the catalog of fields provided by SAP to create a new condition table to determine the G/L account there is no field sales office.

Do you know any other alternative?

Hi,

The field is there if you go to create condition table . you can see in the section allowed field.

VKBUR Sales Office.

create a condition table based on that .

Hi,

When I try to enter the field VKBUR - sales office the following error messade appears:

Field VKBUR does not exist in table KOMCV, KOMKCV, or KOMPCV

I can`t create a condition table with this field. Can you?

Hello Renata,

please follow the indications in customizing documentation, path

IMG > Sales and Distribution > System Modifications > Create New Fields (Using Condition Technique) > New Fields For Account Determination

Click on the paper/glasses icon

Consider the note 172692 too.

Hi Renata,

For the error 'Field VKBUR does not exist in table KOMCV, KOMKCV, or KOMPCV'.

This error must be because the filed is missing in above structures and You need to first include the sales office field 'VKBUR ' in KOMKCV structure, once the fields are in structure then only you will able to use them.

To add them Go to structure KOMKCV (T Code: SE11)...further system might ask Access key.. Take the help from technical guy...

Once the above is done then the sales office fields will be available in list of allowed field.

Select the sales office field by double clinking the filed from 'List of allowed fields' to add to the catalog.

Now the sales office is available to use in condition table and to create the condition table.

Hi,

You can also go into some ABAP enhacement. For changing G/L Account and Cost Center you can youse UserExit on SD -> FI Interface:

TCODE for enhacements SMOD: SDVFX008 -> Function Module: EXIT_SAPLV60B_008

There are structures XACCCR and XACCIT that containts fields to change.

You shoud to create project in CMOD tcode and add above enhacement.

And be carefull using this.

Hi,

Your requirement can not be met by making changes in SD.

You need to change cost centre sales office wise.You should know that cost centre is CO org. structure element.Hence in controlling module you need to redefine cost centre to sales office wise.
