Roles for Incident management

Hello,

We have implemented incident mgmt but there is one problem with roles and authorization . We have currently provided SAP_ALL profile for the users who wants to use incident mgmt. Is it necessary to give SAP_ALL profile for using incident mgmt ? Or Please specify the roles which will can be used instead of providing SAP_ALL profile.

I suggest you creating a new role. Add the following Transactions:

BP

CRMD_ORDER

CRM_DNO_MONITOR

CRM_SRV_REPORT

NOTIF_CREATE

SOLMAN_WORKCENTER

SU53
