Change Web Dynpro Design Theme w/o Portal?

Hi there,

for accessibility issues I want to see my how my WD-Application looks in the "High Contrast" Theme. AFAIK I can do this only when I'm starting the application within the portal and have the high contrast theme personalized for myself before.

But is there any way to start a WDA and pass a parameter which theme it has to be rendered? I haven't found any topics in SDN about that.

set the application parameters sap-wd-themeroot for that wda as /SAP/PUBLIC/BC/UR/nw5/themes/sap_highcont

Hi Bala,

thank you for the hint. Unfortunately I doesn't work for me on my Netweaver 7.00 Environment. Is this path NW 7.01 specific?
