Dear expert,
I face problem during opening connection for SAP Support, right after I run service connector, the connection is connected properly....but after a few minutes, the connected status is change to cancelled. Seeing router log, I found this message:
CONNECT FROM C9, host 10.14.63.4/48754
CONNECT TO C8 (port 2241), host 194.39.131.34/sapdp99 (194.39.131.34) (p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE)
DISCONNECT C9, host 10.14.63.4/48754
DISCONNECT C8, host 194.39.131.34/3299 (194.39.131.34), serv sapdp99
Any idea how the connection connected and then being disconnected again? Thanks.

Ensure saprouter is open with & at the end. Whenever we start SAP router from background the moment we close our session of putty saprouter stops. For the same our OSS connection doesnt work. Ensure you are starting the saprouter $ at the end. I am giving you command which we you used to start the saprouter.
saprouter -r -S 3299 -v 3 -K "p:CN=sap-dev, OU= 0000366508, O=SAP, C=DE" &
