Hello all,
after a system copy of our SRM System, I tried to do all follow up activies.
But unfortunately it doesn't work the way, I'd like it to.
We are working with the MM to SUS scenario and according to this I'm sending
an ORDERS idoc from MM to the integration server, who forwards it to the SUS system.
Unfortunately I'm not able to find out where the process stops. In SXMB_MONI,
you can find just one message, which was proecessed successfully, but which
is still awaiting the acknowledgement. Now I try to find out, why the PO is not
created in SUS. Is there any possibility to check, what's wrong?
Is there any way to get some error messages?
Kind regards,
Barbara
Hi Barbara,
If you using MM-SUS PO Create is Asynchronous Scenario.
First check the SLDCHECK in both the systems( R/3 & SUS) and check all RFC Destinations and Proxy settings.
If any other problem check in the Queues also,

Pasi

Hello Pasi,
SLDCHECK looks quite good - everything green.
In SMQ1 and SMQ2 nothing appears.
Where could I find any error message?
SM21, ST22, SM13, SM12, SLG1 do not show any entry.
If I had an error message it would be a bit easier.
Normally there are two entries in SXMB_MONI
IDOC IENGINE @5F@ asynchron XBTO0___0001 001
IENGINE PROXY @5F@ asynchron XBTR0006 100
But the second entry form the iengine to proxy is missing.
Where is this configured? Which transactions do I have to check?
Kind regards,
Barbara
Hi Barbara,
I guess that u have a Synchronous Scenario? in this case and without the PO being created, it could be configuration error. Try to check the connection data after and before the migration, some URL, IP, etc coudl be changed. If u have the OK's flag in the MONI, it is failing in SUS side.
Check the first step and let me know more.
Regards.

Dear Barbara,
1. Check connectivity between your system and SUS system .
2. Check Inbound Paramaeters maintained or not in Partner Profiles in SUS system because at the time of system copy your Partner Profile gets overridden by the the Parameters of the to be copied system.
Thanks ,
Soumen
