CRM_DNO_MONITOR-Status Problem


In my system when I run CRM_DNO_MONITOR t-code with giving some Transaction which is having System Status and User Staus as 'In Process' and Not-Completed Check-box ticked in Status part then also its not showing me in that but when I run the same with Completed checkbox ticked its coming in that. I want to know why such thing is happening? Please help..

you can try to update the index of CRM_DNO_MONITOR with report CRM_INDEX_REBUILD, see note 1242950.
