Anybody having working knowledge of SAP ISHE&R and a suitable degree. By suitable degree i mean it depends upon country to country. Domain experience shall include experience in a institute/University.

Hi Neil,
To add the particular SAP Higher Education courses for the SAP SLcM (Student Lifecycle Management) solution:
- IHE102 - SLcM Managing the Student Lifecycle.
- IHE203 - SLcM Student Accounting.
- IHE103 - SLcM Configuration and Tools
Weblink to SAP education course catalog: http://www.sap.com/services/education/searchcourse.epx?context=%5b%5bIHE%7c%7c%7c%7c%7c%7c%7c%5d%5d%...
Beside the specific SAP knowlegde a thorough understanding of the 'business' processes at a (higher) educational institute is strongly recommended (probably the most important element!)
If we talk specifically about SAP SLcM you will also need the 'surrounding' knowlegde in a SAP SLcM project like;
- SAP HCM (organizational management);
- Workflow;
- Authorisation;
- FICA
- Portal;
- Abap/webdynpro;
- Etc.

Rob
