create proxy in SRM 4 with interface pattern as stateless

Hello,

I've a PI 7.1 with service interface pattern as 'XI 3.0 compatible' - as these were migrated from XI3.0. This is SOAP to PROXY scenario where proxies are implemented in SRM 4.0.

Now, I need to change the service interface pattern to 'stateless' to have mulitple operations in single service interface. But I can't create proxy in SRM 4.0 with this interface pattern.

Error message is 'Supported in SAP Netweaver 7.1 and higher. <interface_name> | <namespace>' has interface pattern Stateless but only stateless (XI 3.0 compatible) is permitted.

My query : Is that possible to create proxy in existing SRM 4.0 by applying any SAP note etc, in order to have service interface pattern 'stateless' ?

This is not possible for SRM 4.0

It is required to have at least SAP BASIS 7.0 SP 14, so you need SRM 5.0
