Detail of Person responsible

Hello Experts,

I have created WBS and activity in a project. The problem is that i want to send a mail to responsible person

when any document is attached to activity.

How can i do this ? Where to add details of person responsible?

In customization i have created responsible person but other information of that person where to add like his email address ?

Dear Kushal;

You will create person responsible through Tranx OPS6.

In the Table You will enter User name and in Next Column you will add SAp user ID.

E-mail address it fetches is from SAP user ID profile. so the mail will be sent to specific users SAP Business Work Place Inbox.

It can be accessed by SBWP.

Hope this will solve your query.
