Hi,

There could be the chances for the below issues.

1) RFC issue

2) check the details in OSS1->technical parameters->

there u need to give proper router details like the system proper ip address where u have configured the router.

and check whether u have added the proper entries in routtab of router systems. /usr/sap/routtab.

other wise paste the routtab entries here....

3) make sure to use the proper Message server of SAP.

Hi,

Please find the routtab file.

  1. SNC connection to and from SAP

KT "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 194.39.131.34 *

  1. SNC-connection from SAP to local R/3-System for Support

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" * *

  1. Access from the local Network to SAPNet - R/3 Frontend (OSS)

P * 194.39.131.34 3299

#P 124.30.249.5 * *

#P 192.168.1.22 * *

  1. All routes from any host to any host, but only SAP protocol

S * * *

  1. All other connection will be denied

#D * * *

P 194.39.131.34 192.168.16.22 *

P 192.168.16.22 194.39.131.34 *

Hi,

Can you check firstly that the port 3299 is open for SAP connection.

port 3299 should be open from your network to as and vice versa.

use the following command to check.

Login to host of SAPROUTER and run the following command

telnet 194.39.131.34 3299

check the output of above command and share the same on forum.

IF the ports are blocked , then get it open from your network team.

Thanks

Anil

What version of SAP are you installing?... in what setp are you getting this message?...

Not enough information here. Looks like an interview question to me

Hi,

Please check your SAPOSS RFC. This is the problem with RFC only.

Thanks
