POSDM ISSUE

Hi Gurus! i am facing a problem inside POSDM.

XI is sending the data into POSDM properly, after that I get into /N/POSDW/PDIS -" Run Pipe dispatcher" and I execute the Tasks

01- Supply BW inmediately ...

after that i execute the task

04 - Supply BW with distribution.

Aftaer that I execute the info packages for : 0RT_PA_TRAN_CONTROL and 0RT_PA_TRAN_TOTALS but I obtein 0 records in both data loads!

I have checked the delta queue in RSA7 and I can see the deltas initalized butm there is NO DATA inside the delta queue.

I am following the Best practice document, what am I missing?

Hi Jose,

If you are not getting any data in the delta que then you will not get any data in the POS Analytics Data Sources.

After performing the tasks "Supply Data to BW immediately", data should be visible in the RSA7 Delta Que. If this not happening then the delta is not initialized properly.

Hi,

You should run delta init package from RSA1 without data to set delta pointer.

After that you will be able to see 0RT_PA_TRAN_CONTROL = 0.

Then run PDIS , now you can see 0RT_PA_TRAN_CONTROL <> 0 which means delta is ready to be transported to BW.
