Business Partner has got mismatch in Name

Hello All,

We have HR ALE active. Recently we have seen one issue as describe below;

User ID - ABCD has got BP XXX and User ID - PQRS has got BP YYY. But we have seen that user ID has been got mismatched with BP XXX and BP YYY witheach other. These BP were used correctly till the date but suddenly BP number has been changed for the user ID in the existing document,

How come this can happen?
