VPRICAT - Error Message NR751

Hi gurus!

Has anyone encountered the following information box during the creation of

a price catalog with trasaction VPRICAT:

Information: For object PRICAT_LOG , number range interval 01 does not

exist. Is there config needed that we are missing?

The following solution is given in note 504040

You should carry out the following Customizing setting so that Transactions VPRICAT and PRICAT can be used.

Transaction VPRE, see as of 4.

With Transaction SNRO, you have to maintain the following number range.

1) Number range object PRICAT_NR (interval number 01)

2) Number range object PRICAT_MAT (so that internal EANs can be assigned during the entry if the IDoc does not contain any EANs (interval number 01).

3) Number range object PRICAT_LOG (interval number 01). You must also maintain the pricing catalog profile for the catalog creation.

4) Transaction SPRO. Choose 'SAP Reference IMG'.Choose 'Requirements Profiles' under 'Sales and Distribution \ Electronic Data Interchange\ Pricing catalog'.Create a profile there (order type see point 5).

For the price determination, you have to maintain the billing type in the billing (here 'FX' is predefined in the price catalog).

5) Start Transaction VTFA. Item 'FX' and source must exist as maintained in the pricing catalog profile under 'Order category'.
