Problem with arabic language

Dear Experts,

I am using SAP NetWeaver 7.0 Ehp 1 with BI 7.04 add-on content, this BI server is connected to SAP ERP 6, both systems includes the Arabic Language Package, when i try to import the data from ERP to BI the arabic data is shown as hashes (###) so is there is any missing step?

Hi,

Try to run RSLANG20 report as well. Please do it on each application server, for all the languages (not only Arabic) and selecting the 'force mode'. After each run, please clean the buffers with /$cua /$dyn

Hi,

you can try to set -Dfile.encoding=ISO10646-1 as JVM parameter on the servernode(s) of the AS Java and restart.
