Hi,

Just open the roadmap in RMMAIN. Browse through the Deliverable groups (DG), Deliverables, Activities. Basis consultants need to perform the respective activities in each phase of your project.

For example in project preparation, a basis consultant need to perform

1.7 DG: Technical Infrastructure Planning

During Business Blueprint basis needs to do

2.8 DG: Security Requirements

2.10 DG: Technical Architecture Design and Project Installation

Hope this helps.

Feel free to revert back.

Hello,

RMMAIN is a transaction code you can run in your Solution Manager system that lets you select Road Maps.

Once it opens it offers a selection of Road Maps to select. Then there should be a map.

These are the various phases as an example :

Project Preparation

Upgrade Concept

Implementation

Go-Live Preparation

Go Live & Support

or

Local Project Preparation

Local Business Blueprint

Local Realization

Local Final Preparation

Local Go Live and Support

Each phase will have a collections tasks....you can click on the tasks

A Road Map is basically just that, it shows you where you have to go to get to your destinations.

Regards,

Paul
