We are on SRM 5.5 classic scenario.Recently we are facing issues in one of our SRM systems where we most of the times are not able to see Purchasing Info Records from ECC proposed as source of supply.
For one material I could able to see PIR proposed as SOS both in SC creation & in SOCO
In other environment whatever PIRs exist for a particular material, are proposed as SS.
What could be the possibility here n why we are not able to see them ?
I checked PIR which is proposed as SOS & PIR which are not proposed & nothing different I observed.Both looks same in terms of fields entered except vendor & material.
I compared the vendors also & they also look fine.
Is there anything to do with user IDs with which PIRs are created ? or what it is which prevents SRM to fetch this data.
Even after debugging could not find much as at which point in time system picks up PIR
