PI 7.11 ehp1 PI_BASIS Patch issue

Hi ,

We are implementing PI 7.11 ehp1 while we are applying patches we got issue in downloading the patch from service market place .

patch name SAPK-71102INPIBASIS which is off 600kb is not downloading from downloade basket even we raised the oss too for the same but we coud't downloade it..

Any one has implemented this patch if so pls can you share the patch if possible. We tryed all ways to get the patch...

This patch need to be Approval in The SLM and then you can download It/

All corrective software packages, for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 and SAP Business Suite 2005 and beyond that are delivered after April 2nd, 2007 will ONLY be available via SAP Solution Manager's Maintenance Optimizer.
