Problem in PO release strategy in me29n

In DEV client 101, I have copied the standard workflow WS20000075 and create a new zwf for PO release strategy .Activate it and also activate the task in PFTC tcode.Then I have deleted the zwf and its task from Dev client 101.

Now the issue is when i triggered ME29N transaction to unreleased / release a PO. the cancel release icon or release icon is not appearing in release options column in Dev client 201 (101 & 201 are cross client) but it appears in client 101(no problem in 101).

I found changes in wf doesn't relate to displaying the release/ cancel release icon. what might be the issue ?
