monthly recurrent charges

Hi,

My company wants to do monthly recurrent charges to customer for different types of services.Pl gives me the solution how to customize in the system.

For

You can have bill plan at item level or header level in Service contract or agreements document type.

So, on the due day with reference to above created contract or agreement, you can created a sales order and subsequently, billing doc with reference to sales doc.

Here, you can use periodic bill plan regular fixed recurring charges (e.g. rental) and milestone bill plans for variable recurring charges (e.g. AMC charges).

Please use service contract and periodic billing facility available in standard sap.
