Catalog links are not working

Dear Experts,

We are on SRM 5.5, CCM2.0.When tried to connect to catalogs links during shopping cart creation, the link is not opening with the url defined in the external services instead opening with the srm portal. This is happening to the entire catalogs, Hence request you to please advice on how to fix this error.

Can you please share the call structure ?

Hi,

Is your configuration set to use HTTP GET or POST? Try adjusting this and then retest the catalog launch. Also, are you using portal or ITS as WEB UI?

Do you use standard call structure or integrated call structure?

Please also check the entries in TWPURLSVR.

Hi Sathya Kumar,

Can you share the call structure? Make sure you can open the URL directly in IE?
