Hi,
We are creating the Change Request(SDCR) through support desk message by using action Create Change Document.
How can I control the creation of Change Request Document(SDCR).
By which roles i need to control this.

Hi PK,
for the transaction type SDCR and remove activity one or create
normally its in SOCM change manger role in this object CRM_ORD_PR
This wil solve ur problem

Hi,
By default, the creation of SDCR (activity 01) is controlled by the message processor role SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS since the CR is created from the support message.
