lots of DIA process goes in status ENQ when a user try to RUN the program SAPLSENA

this is the copy text of that process.

DIA 24217 On Hold ENQ Yes 174 SAPLSENA 109 SAUSR_BLA

Hi Anil,

this sounds like it may be a kernel issue.

Are you using a recent kernel patch levl for your release?

I would recommend to download the latest kernel as per SAP note 19466

this problem is comming since two day's, how can be kernel patch issue, priviously this error never have seen, we didn't do any paching type activity..
