characterstic result cannot recorded for inspection lot

Hello to all.

I need your assistance.

An inspection lot is created for goods receipt from purchase order. Its status is REL PASG CCTD CALC HUM.

While going to QA03 the system appears a warning message "inspection plan has been deleted". while going to display inspection results the system appears a pop-up window "Characteristic results cannot be recorded for inspection lot...

Message no. QE181"

In material master the check box "Check Chars" is set.

In the past, inspection lots are created for that material without any problem.

Please advice

Hi,

This may be case where the inspection plan has been deleted from the system after creation of inspection lot.

thus you may not be able to do the inspection.

Hi,

Check the Insepction plan for that material. Is the deletion flag is activated? if so, remove it and try.

The inspection plan wont be deleted by the system.

Some one would have deleted it manually by mistakenly.

The inspection plan can be deleted via tranasaction QSR6.

As far as I know, nobody delete the inspection plan.

I don't know why this happened but for the inspection lot we took usage decision without record results.
